Abambo AB

A.B is a Malawian Hip Hop artist. He was born Kondwani Michael Kauka in May 1986 at Likuni Central hospital in Lilongwe. He is the talent behind notable hits like Chef de Cuisine, Dear Blantyre, "Move Yotsimphina" with Frank CN and "Double Diff". He is also a member of the celebrated rap group "THE BASEMENT", the group credited with major hits like Banyamulenge, Kaduwa(remake), Sonjola and Dollar Yanga ili kuti to name a few. A.B's distinct dramatic vocal delivery and entertaining witty lyricism gained him recognition as one of Malawi's most gifted hip hop artists. He has collaborated with some of the best on the urban scene including, Lomwe, Dynamike, Dezert Eagle, Dizzy, Barry One, Goodson Gomonda, Dj Sonye, Incyt, Shawishe aka Kenny Klips, Young Kay and The Daredevils.
