CONTIEC real name Kondwani Kamwana is a rapper, singer, song writer and a producer at soul food records and outroscope records in chitawira.he started doing music since he was young. He got his music passion from his brother Chim Kamwana. Contiec progressed to be one of the Malawi’s urban musician together with his partners in a group called F.F.T.In 2008 they did an album called "We made it" where they had there classic hits like Blantyre [mzinda wanji], Ndiwe wekha, Private number feat Jolly Bro and Marcus, Malawi feat Barry one, young kay, Phyzix, Daredevilz, Lomwe, Basement and Jolly Bro.They also did the song called nthawi yakwana feat Maskal. Contiec has worked with various artist through collaborations and music production as well as artists like Blackjack, Gwamba, Mwanache, Tweeza, Blaze, Nep Man,Mafunyeta[RIP],Excess, Blacka fella, Daredevilz, Kumbu, Jolly Bro, Fredokiss and S-two just to mention a few. Apart from his singles in progress, he is also working on F.F.T's new project with his partner K-one and he is also producing part of Black flame and Pastor David Kalilani's new projects. He believes that there is power in music and music can change the world whether positive or negative and he is very sure that God gave him the talent for a purpose, that mindset makes him write songs that will bring a positive change to build a better Malawi.
