Kandiado, born Phillip Kandiado on June 5, 2005, in Chipoka, Salima District, is an up-and-coming Malawian hip hop and rap artist making waves in the local music scene. Originally from Mbewu Village in Mulanje District and currently based in Mzimba, Kandiado launched his music career in 2023. With a passion for rhythm, lyrics, and storytelling, Kandiado brings a fresh and youthful voice to Malawi’s hip hop culture. He blends modern rap with local influence, aiming to inspire, entertain, and connect with the youth through his music. As he continues to grow artistically, Kandiado is determined to leave a lasting mark on the Malawian music landscape and beyond.
