Biography

Hanareen Doreen Happiness Mpina is a Malawian recording artist, content creator, and social media influencer, born on January 28, 2001. She is the firstborn in a family of two and a graduate of the Malawi Institute of Journalism (MIJ), where she studied Journalism. Hanareen is also the founder of the Mwanaphuliphuli Foundation, an initiative close to her heart. Passionate about storytelling and connecting with people, she uses her platforms to inspire and uplift others. Her journey into music began in January 2025, driven by the peace and happiness music brings to her soul. Inspired by global icon Rihanna, Hanareen aspires to take her music beyond Malawi and make a name on the international stage. Her sound is a reflection of her spirit—full of love, energy, and hope. One love.
