Ziz Mwanawaza

Zizipizgani Beza better known by his stage name ZIZ and maxim MWANAWAZA is a music artist and poet. Born and raised in Chintheche, a lakeshore settlement in the Nkhata Bay District of the Northern Region of Malawi, he was introduced to music at a tender age by his siblings who used to listen to Hip Hop music by the likes of Nas and Rakim. Ziz grew up wanting to be a rapper because he believed music plays a major role in unifying people. so far Ziz has made collaborations with Sir Patrick's on a track called Mkazi wakumudzi. He also did songs like Enyaka, Chemwali and Chipapapa, a track that tackled issues affecting street kids. Chidononu is a track delivered in Tonga language sensitizing his community in Nkhata-Bay on COVID-19
