Suffix, real name Aubrey Ghambi, is a Malawian rapper based in the city of Blantyre. He has one mixtape titled D.O.S and several hit singles to his name including Necessary Noise, D.Y.M, and Ulendo Wa Kumwamba which gripped over 60, 000 downloads on www.malawi-music.com. D.Y.M was also featured on the world’s largest Christian Hip Hop online magazine (Rapzilla). Suffix is currently ranked No.17 on the top 20 list of Africa’s most influential Christian hip hop artists. Suffix has featured on Zambia’s award winning producer/artist Mag44’s album Brave Only. Other notable collaborations are with artists like Abel Chungu (Zambia), Ruyonga (Uganda), Limoblaze (Nigeria), Lilly Million (South Africa) and Malawi’s Faith Mussa. In 2015 he toured Zambia, joined by one of Malawi’s finest cinematographers named Sukez, and shared stage with celebrated artists including Lotahouse’s Pompi, Tim (fka Thugga of Zone Fam), and Ephraim.
