Osmoe

Osmoe is a Malawian Afro artist born in 2001 in Blantyre, Malawi. His real name is Osman Philip Chilongo, and his stage name “Osmoe” is derived from his biological name. A devoted Catholic, Osmoe has been a symbolic presence in the Malawian music scene for some time. He began his music career in 2016 under Inspiration Studios, driven by a passion for creativity and faith. In 2023, he released his first single, Ndikambe, which became an anthem on several local radio stations. Building on that success, Osmoe dropped his debut EP in 2025, featuring five tracks: Nyesi, Flight Mode, Ululu, Nambewe, and Finally On. The project includes collaborations with fellow artists Doc Shaq and Pompas, who have grown alongside him in music like brothers. Beyond music, Osmoe is also an entrepreneur involved in various business ventures. He completed his education and is a graduate, balancing both his artistic and professional ambitions.
