Minister Shupo

Hlupo Sibande (born on 23 December 1991) popularly known as Minister Shupo is a Malawian prolific recording Gospel artist, Song writer and performer. He is From David Sibande Village in the area of Traditional Authority Kampingo Sibande in Mzimba District. . His Passion for Music started way back in 1990’s but realized his full potential in 2015 when he joined musical efforts with his friend Steve and they did many songs together before parting ways due to other commitments. In 2018, Shupo went solo and started releasing various singles that helped him to be on the limelight as one of the serious worshippers. Since he started his Music Career Minister Shupo has shared stage with different gospel artists and made collabolations with various established gospel musicians including Evance Meleka and Moses Jalasi. He draws his music inspiration from Skeffa Chimoto and Patience Namadingo on the local scene while internationally he is attracted to Jimmy Psalmist and David D’s Music.
