Jay Kumche

Jay Kumche (watwatchanchan), real name Justin Kumchenga is a hip hop artist that had the love for music since his childhood when he used to sing with his friends. During that time he was a big fan of Diktator and T.I’s music. In secondary school he liked to practice singing/rapping. In 2010 he started thinking of making his own beat. He planned to have a song done with his aunt but that never happened. 2012 is the year he finally started recording music. He is a hip-hop artist that also branches accross other genre's such as R n B. His first song was “zizayenda” which featured Msash. It was produced by Dj Langie at Trapence entertainment. The song which brought him recognition was “Sungakwanitse” featuring Khow-kay, Msash and Avatar syne. he recorded this song at Clarkpot records and it had a video which made it on Times tv's Urban Trend. He likes the influence he gets from his brother Kondwa kumchenga, who is always there to support his music. I also thanks Henwood (Producer of dyokodyoko) for his effort and being open to him.
