Innocent Mdala

Innocent Mdala started making music from his heart and brain (Kupeka), he then started learning the keyboard Bass guitar and drums in 2005, he was taught by Pastor Kanyema, Chris Kelly and Dan Lufani respectively. Dan lu discouraged him from using instrumentals which helped him grow his skills in composition which enabled him to release his first album in the year, 2012 at studio 88 produced by Khumbo Kaliwo.

He started working in 2011 at a filling station as a Carwash Manager.  He used to use the money from his job to go to studio in area 23 at studio 88 where khumbo kaliwo produced his work  Up to a point that he managed to record an album. Khumbo Kaliwo recorded chitirani anthu ena, Mulungu amaona, Agalatiya mwataya chipangano, mwayenera, Tikudyera kulimba, ndimakukhumba and Best friend.

In 2008 he worked with Audio Clinic  studio in Blantyre by Mvahiwa Hunkey who produced  Tikhale ngati Yesu, Mulandireni, Mundikumbukire and  ndiwe wekha songs.
