6AM, birth name Samuel Chilabade, is a singer and songwriter. He also raps in some of his other songs; but sings as a primary genre. He is a Malawian artist based in the city of Lilongwe and a student at Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR), Bunda Campus doing Bachelor of Science in Gender and Development. Before he got known by his current stage name; 6AM , he was formerly known as ItzSam. He released an Extended Play (EP) called The Way Home and an album titled 16 & Hearts while he still carried that name. In the EP, he featured artists like Michael Swiift and Kay Z. In the album on the other hand, he featured artists like Biggz, Vitu, Dhone and Zwelie. He has been produced by ERIL, MF, Janta (SU Records), Black T and others
