Biography

Wezzie J is an upcoming Malawian Afrobeat artist from Mzimba T/A M'belwa Ezekiel Mwanza village, currently based in Mzuzu City. She is a christian belonging to Church of God. She started her music carrier in 2012 with her single track titled "Chikondi chabwanji" recorded at Ralph records in South Africa, back in the days, she used to sing in choirs when she was an SDA member in Mzimba. She used to sing wonderfully and people were appreciating and encouraging her that she has a good voice. She sung like Mampi, and then she started listening Mampi's songs and through her (Mampi) songs, Wezzie J gained confidence to do her own music. She has collaborated with Grant C, Lia Mw and IK Square. As of now she is working with Banana Bush (South Africa).
