Biography

Tammy is a poet and songwriter who began writing at age nine and wrote her first song in 2004. She became a part-time recording artist in 2004, influenced by her long time friend and recording partner, London-Based Maya Miko. She has also written and recorded music with DJ Drew, Hazel Mak and Tigris although never professionally pursued music until by chance she found herself in a studio with BFB, Emm Q and Gwamba to feature on the song "Better" that recently reached 100,000 downloads on Malawi-Music.com She is an Eclectic Soul writer with a background of singing in her church praise team and has performed some of her unreleased music at Youthfest. Little Baby is her first official Malawi release as a solo project; a surprise birthday dedication to her sister.
