Romeo Umali

Biography

Romeo Umali is a Hip Hop artist who ventured into the music scene back in 2014 when he was in Secondary School. Umali has been deeply motivated with local musicians and international artists alike. His music aims to change the mindset of settling for less amongst youngsters especially the Young Adults in their mid-20's and early 30's. In the past, he was donning the name "RVP" which means "Rap Viber President" and it was deeply linked with Footballer, Robin Van Persie. Later, the name was changed to Ro Ali which is a shortening of his full name up until in 2023 when he bega using his real name "Romeo Umali". With that, he has released an extended playlist titled "Lingalilo" which talks about life struggles amongst the youths and how to change these hurdles.
