Mabvume - Split Personality

The duo’s first album Split Personality will hit the record stores in the summer of 2012. The promotional songs enjoying airplay are ‘Ubwere (Nambewe)’, ‘Ndi Iwe’ and ‘Air Conditioner’ all produced by Percy Manyozo of Pro-Pee Records in Chirimba, Blantyre. He said the name of the album Split Personality was chosen after noting that the members of the group have enormous and isolated differences. The other reason was that the album comprises discrete but mutually exclusive subjects, which have an impact on every person.” We believe there is always beauty in diversity. We are bringing diverse talents together to give it Mabvume identity.”
