Frakan was born Francis Jones Kanene in the family of five in Blantyre. The Malawian singer and performer debuted his first album early 2000 titled Mumatikondabe. Frakan released his second album called Mai in the mid 2000 which was recorded at Base 2 Base studio in Yeoville, Johannesburg, South Africa.Discography
