Delano grew up listening to reggae, dancehall and R&B music in the ghetto of Zingwangwa, Blantyre, Malawi. But only realized his keen in music while in secondary school where he used to play dancehall music with his close associates. He has participated in several local talent contents and won some.
Music gave this song writer, composer and singer a new meaning in life and everything has changed since then. "I just can’t do without music. it lives in me, I feel it in me every time and it’s something I just can’t resist for it gives me the well defined happiness the world cannot give''.
With several years in music industry, the artist released his debut album Dziko in 2013. He once released his first single, Malawi in 2003 and thereafter, decided to take time to understand music in its entity. He is working on his second album due this year.
