Biography

Comfort Lunda is a Malawian upcoming Rapper whose Music career came out of a series of setbacks, pain and identity crisis. Even though he was raised by both parents in a Christian home, he still struggled with identity crisis. He had this emptiness inside of him as a result he turned to people for satisfaction. But, the more he did that the more frustrated he became. “The joy I obtained was temporal” he confesses. His whole world changed when he encountered the truth on why he was created. In 2015, he heard about Jesus from that moment he started to see the world with a different lens. Growing up listening to “Lecrae” an award-winning Rapper, Comfort was inspired to go an extra mile with his Music Career. In reference to his music, Comfort mentions his two producers; Yesaya yesayamusic.com and M. J Beats. His music story centers on these two just because of their standard as far as music production is concerned. Currently, he has released two singles: ‘’Daylight’’ and ‘Homecoming” and these are but an extract from his upcoming E.P “Held”. Beside this, there is also a bunch of people, Comfort draws his inspiration from; On this, Comfort always cites his band which includes Jimmy, Titus, and Eldrige. Comfort also never forgets his family and friends for every support they render to his career. According to Comfort, music is not just about fame or getting attention. The young artist sees a big picture in it and that is soul-wining and glorifying God. Thus, he uses rap music as a tool to help those that are in pain, those that have been wounded by the cares of this life to find hope and love in Jesus.
