Biography

Growing up in Blantyre, Malawi, as the second oldest of three children, Angella Victoria Kapanga was born on November 17th 1992. She did not grow up in a house of music but music of all genres ranging from golden oldies, classical, rock, contemporary, hip hop, African pop, has always been her passion from childhood. Angella sang in the church choir and sang solos in her University days at Malawi Adventist University. It is there that she developed an even deeper passion for worship through songs. She is presently one of the lead singers at the Blantyre Raised For a Purpose Ministries Worship team. She has featured in songs for Percy, Spoken word artist Abode as well as Sam Manda as rapper and singer. Those different styles of music, as well as a strong presence in the church, helped to shape Angella as a singer as well as a person. A passionate singer and songwriter who pursues the Lord with raw passion, faith and confidence in his presence, Angie Victoria seeks to inspire young and mature Christian hearts and make the name of Jesus known through her music.
